Our telecoms client is currently seeking an Optimisation Engineer for an initial 4-week contract to be based in Morocco. The successful candidate will have a strong background in 2G / 3G and previous vendor experience.
Experience required for this role:
-RF knowledge about 2G/3G coexistence and co-sitting.
-2G/ 3G Initial tuning and optimization, in particular Drive test logs processing and analysis
- RF changes for Radio performance improvement in unloaded network
- Statistical counters collection, processing and KPI analysis in loaded network
- Radio network troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of GSM and UMTS Radio and its associated parameters and protocols for analyzing the network performance as part of audit
