Job Description/Responsibility:
Perform the L2 support by technologies, performance management, configuration management, escalation management and security management for the IPTV network equipments or any other system as required.
•BO daily, weekly, monthly report design
•Update quarterly PBC (Personal Business Commitment) with PM.
•Follow up preventive maintenance plan
•Attend daily technical issue follow meeting (30 minutes)
•Attend advanced product training
•Each one hold one weekly product training according to the arranged topic
•Responsible to provide support to FO, Performance dept.
•Attend, cooperating and following up new NE integration (PAT) with project department, including make checklist, arrange resource, alarm monitoring and etc
· Second line support with necessary expertise to resolve issues escalated from first line diagnostics
· Provide guidance and implementation for software delivery and upgrades
· Provide technical reports to identify cause of problems, and give preventive guidance to avoid same problem happen again.
