Responsibilities:
1. Project Management of VAS projects;
2. Requirements analysis and development;
3. Coordination of project team;
4. Communication with all relevant departments;
5. Maintain professional relationship with clients;
6. Project planning, allocation and directing the Project team and other resources to perform the project tasks;
7. Critical path analysis, resource leveling and analysis, integrated schedule development, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, and scope/cost/schedule analysis;
8. Prepare and present internal briefings;
9. General control over project activities, including exchange of plans, diagrams and other information with customers;
10. Manage all stakeholders involved in the project including other YB26 divisions and third parties;
11. Manage the project to achieve the target of customer satisfaction;
12. Supervise the progress of the project, regarding contractual commitments in terms of scope, time and quality;
13. Identify problems and propose solutions/work around. Escalate any serious issue which cannot be solved to high management level;
14. Manage and cope with project risks;
15. Ensure no out of scope work is being performed. Prepare contract change proposals. Prepare materials to support major contract change negotiations.
Main requirements:
• 1+ years experience as Project Manager (preferably in telecom);
• BS/MS Degree in engineering/IT/Telecom/;
• GSM market knowledge;
• Project Management experience (PMP certification is preferable, but methodology knowledge is a must);
• Fluent English;
• PC skills: MS Project, GSM nodes knowledge is a plus.
