I need an experience 3G optimisation Engineer for a project working in a UMTS900 environment.
IT IS A MUST THAT YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH UMTS900.

REQUIREMENTS:
Typically 5-8 years experience on 3G Planning/Optimization
BSc (MSc) in Telecommunications/Electronics Engineering
Fluency in English,
Personal flexibility regarding travel
Deep Knowledge and practice of 3G planning and optimization processes
Deep Knowledge and practice of 3G RF Planning tool (NetAct Planner or equivalent)
Deep Knowledge and practice of drive test measurement/analysis tool (TEMS, NEMO, or equivalent)
Deep Knowledge and practice of MAPINFO
Deep knowledge and practice of Nokia RAN parameters and counters
Deep Knowledge and practice of OSS, RAN tools:
Configuration Management, Performance Management, Fault Management related eg PlanEditor, Radio Access Configuration tools, Optimizer, Reporter
Do not apply unless you have UMTS900 experience.
