Main Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related area.
2. At least 3 years of RF planning & optimization engineering experience in WCDMA / HSPA network.
3. Familiar / excellent in the fundamentals of WCDMA / HSPA and GSM systems.
4. Familiar with / excellent in multi vendors’ wireless equipment operation and wireless network optimization.
5. Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.
6. Tools experience for: RF planning, propagation models, RF optimization, protocol analysis, etc.
7. Familiar with world famous operators' working method and culture.
8. Able to work well in a fast-paced changing and experience working with cross-cultural teams would be desirable.
9. Should be fluent in English. Fluency in Mandarin may be beneficial.
