Job Description:

Role: SAP Team Lead, IT Application
Location: Kaki Bukit, Singapore
Salary: S$ 7000 to S$ 8500
Experience: 7-8 years
Preferred: Local Candidates (Singaporean) or Chinese, Philippians with Mandarin Language

KEY OBJECTIVE
• Ensure high-quality IT application services and projects in defined areas of responsibility, as well as assisting with ad-hoc IT application management requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
 Leader Role
o Manage and be responsible for the SAP Helpdesk support operation. Plan and drive the activities to support business strategy, to ensure that Helpdesk calls are prioritized and resolved according to SLA agreements, and to achieve a high level of user satisfaction.
o Technical and business knowledge sharing, mentoring and leading the internal team by example. Ensure the team works according to agreed procedures and process
o Manage the change/enhancement requests, provide accurate resourcing estimates, working closely with our business process owners to prioritize and work to improve our existing system designs, and implement robust maintainable IT application solutions.

 System
o Participant and project manager / IT Lead for various group-wide projects.
o Hands-on configuration and gathering of business requirements. Create detailed functional and technical designs, perform unit testing and SIT, conduct UAT and release to production system.
o Keep key users informed of progress on new and enhancement requests. Communicate with the businesses users in an appropriate and constructive manner at all times.
o Ensure that standards are adhered to for documentation, development, source control, testing methodology, and internal procedures
o Responsible for providing technical leadership in SAP SD/MM and related change/enhancement requests, in managing and review the applications design, development & testing. Ensure IT deliverables meet user’s specifications and expectations in a cost effective manner.
o Authorize SAP transport requests to be moved to various clients and landscapes.

 Other various ad-hoc tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
• Mandatory:
o Minimum 7-8 years experience in SAP SD/MM/PS configuration with specialization in end-to-end Sales Order, procurement and logistics business processes for complete business cycles. Experienced in implementing SD/MM modules with 3 full project lifecycles, preferably in MNC environment.
o 1 – 2 years experience in a Team Lead role and self motivated
o A strong understanding of how SAP integrates across modules and with other IT systems.
o An in-depth understanding of operations/ business challenges and the ability to translate them into solutions is critical.
o Good communication in English, be an active and vocal participant in IT team
o Positive, proactive, can-do attitude toward your profession
o Good analytical and problem-solving mind
o Customer-oriented support
• Desirable:
o Bachelor Degree in IT or Computer Science, or equivalent
o Certified in SAP Sales Order Management or mySAP Supply Chain Management Order Fulfillment
o Project management experience and certification
