Managed Services Network Operations Center (NOC) requirement for use of two part-time externals to work on the Service Assurance Management team, providing first tier support, 24X7 shift coverage, may be scheduled to work any shift, weekdays and weekends, PART-TIME approx 25 to 30 hours/week.
