1. Very good experience in OSS RC3 tools
2. Very good experience in R-PMO and TEMSvisualization
3. Excellent knowledge of Ericsson 3G tools(MOshell explorer, N explorer, SQL analyzer).
4. Excellent experience in performing andanalysing RNC traces (GPEH, UETR, CTR)
5. Excellent knowledge in 3G NWS BO tool andunderstanding STS counters.
6. Strong Ericsson Background on NodeB and RNCnodes.
7. Very good experience in using Mapinfo andMCOM 3G.
8. Very good experience in trouble shooting ofproblematic cells using Ericsson tools.
9. Strong knowledge of Ericsson 3G radio features/parameters.
10. Very good experience in TEMS investigation7.0 and analysing log files.
