1) RU10 HSPA and I-HSPA strategy recommendation and implementation with features
2) Working experience with Optimizer tool
3) Excellent presentation and reporting skills
4) Parameter recommendation to improve network KPIs
5) Strong troubleshooting skills on all network elements including transmission, CS core, PS core and IP
