Vacancy: Ericsson Core Optimization Engineer for Asia

Start date: ASAP – 3 Months Extendable contract
Daily Tasks:

Ensure a healthy of Core network performance by regular audits and sanity checks and extract raw statistics measurement counters for KPI performance improvement
Capacity optimization of MSC/VLR in the net when needed (like adding new ET155-7, STM-1, SDH/STM-1, ALI, GARP etc.).
Optimization of MGW (MSB, GPB, MSES etc),
Tactical weekly, monthly reports and reference charts on performance including CSSR, Paging, Location Update, MAP and EOS analysis, traffic engineering, VLR and HLR utilization and Processor load.
Producing Core Network Performance Ad hoc or Special Reports and also work in multi-vendor environment
Efficient utilization of design and measurement tools, including internal and external troubleshooting tools
M-MGw , MSC server node dimensioning, traffic dimensioning, MSS high level and detailed design including voice, signalling and Sigtran (AAL2 Layer Design and full Signalling over IP and AAL5 Layer Design (ISUP, BSSAP, CAP and MAP, BICC, GCP, Q.AAL2) to ensure best optimised network service
Defining the BSC/MSC-S/MGw statistics collection on Core Nodes, this involves defining the counters, the transfer queues and the destinations
