Fusion Solutions Inc. is a leading Technical Staffing and Consulting Service company looking for experienced RF UMTS Optimization Engineers with the following requirements.

Position Name: RF UMTS NPI (Network Performance Improvement) Engineers (Multiple
Positions)
Start Date: June 2010
Duration: Long Term
Type: Contract
Location: NE, SE, and West Coast (HQ: Plano, TX)
Travel: Candidates have to be flexible to travel if needed.

Scope of Work:

Locations: NE, SE, WEST (Candidates should be flexible to travel).

•Past Leadership experience in at least 2 projects.
•RF Engineers should have extensive years experience in NPI projects, from which 2 years should be in UMTS NPI.
•Experience optimizing network using statistics
•Experience with the different RAB services (CS, PS, HSDPA, EUL).
•Experience with the OSS (WRNO, RAN Explorer, Element manager etc.) and knows how to operate them.
•Experience with live data KPIs and tools. Business objects experience is preferred.
•Familiar with the RAN features in UMTS (P6 preferred).
