Role Summary: Work on market leading, high revenue projects by providing technical expertise to deliver RNC/BSC network rollout at tight timescales.

Applicant must be efficient, delivery focused, with good communication skills, and confident to work with a wide number of different stakeholders in the company and company partners. Must have extensive knowledge on RNC/BSC, Radio, Transmission, Core Networks and Network processesWork experiences on Clarify, Remedy, Easybuy, Cramer, and PrOptima tools are desirable.

Good analytical skills, expert on Microsoft, or other programming tools.Essence of Role • Bringing Ideas to Market – Influence & shape technical design for new and expansion nodes.• Protect Brand Image Whilst Achieving Cost Efficiencies in the Provision of Network Infrastructure – Direct the business and work with other teams and external partners to deliver RNC/BSC rollout in line with Capacity Planning requirements.•

Ensure Effective Working Together – Develop a communication mechanism and work closely with RNC/BSC Specialist, and wider communities for timely and efficient deliver of project rollout.• Protect the Grade of Service to our Customers Whilst Delivering Network Transformation – Assist in RNC/BSC standalone and integration acceptance by validating configuration and parameter settings before handover to BAU.•

Assist in RNC/BSC Design Functions to meet high standard of Radio products & services in line with network processes and business requirements. Technical/Professional Expertise ESSENTIALExtensive knowledge of Radio, Transmission, and Core Networks.Proven experience of Network processes surrounding Network Delivery.DESIRABLEWorking appreciation of GSM, GPRS and UMTSDegree qualified of a technical / science or mathematical disciplineExperience of being well organised, self-motivated and able to work in a highly dynamic organisation.Excellent communication skills. Confident and mature with drive, energy and enthusiasm.Strong Microsoft product experience. Experience of data analysis and manipulation. Knowledge of visual basic, SQL or similar tools advantageous.System Engineer Process / Project Management Approach to working.
