I’m an independent telco/technology recruiter, and I’m conducting a search for a full-time/perm customer support engineer/lab specialist (US citizen or green card holder). My innovative client is considered a leader in developing and delivering applications in their product area in support of the exploding mobile data arena. The client has a wireless customer in Dallas, and we are searching for a very customer-oriented engineer to work onsite doing lab testing and installations.
Requirements include a strong background in wireless networks (CDMA), ideally wireless packet core. Ideal skills include experience with at least several of the following: Sun hardware (Solaris); Perl and Unix scripting; radius/diameter; switch configuration; Oracle databases; TCP/IP/UDP; network troubleshooting. The individual currently in this role has been promoted.
My client is well-established and is growing quickly.
