Opening for NOC Engineer/Technician in Eastern Europe

Currently we have opening for NOC Engineer/Technician in Eastern Europe

Duration: 4 months
Location: Eastern Europe

Work Description:

The NOC Engineer/Technician will work in the Customer NOC performing following tasks:

• Working in 24x7 shift plan
• Alarm Monitoring, Fault Localization/Correction/Verification
• Basic Troubleshooting
• Supports Major service outage investigations and follow up
• Opening and following TT (Maximo Trouble Ticketing system)
• Updates or Ensures TT e.g. diary entries
• Escalates and follows up according to procedure
• Assists with Investigation into TT & WO performance matters
• Work Order Control (possible execution too) outside normal working hours

The candidate must have:

1. Competence on BSC3i and Flexi BTS / 3G RNC and Flexi Node B
3. Access Network understanding (MW NEC / NSN)
3. NetAct end user capabilities
