Job Description:
The sucessful candidate shall:
Work closely with the Huawei’s project team on issues related to the project rollout and its interpretations, and shall, when required, assist project members in meetings with the Client/Customer on contractual and Management Service issues.
Propose and assist the Huawei’s project team in establishing systems and procedures/processes to monitor Huawei’s Client/Customer including subcontractor’s activities during the implementation stage and prevent the cause for delays involving additional costs, introduction of variation orders etc
Prepare MS project budget and be responsible for finance control of the project.
Establish and manage the organization structure of MS project delivery team, including preparing requirements of management and maintenance technical staff, build up management and maintenance teams of various levels, finance management, routine management of the MS team, performance assessment of the employees, customer relation management, etc. Coordinate with each relevant department and be responsible for project resource management.
Monitor and manage subcontractors and partners of the MS project.
