NSN 2G Technical and Support Specialists.

For a long term assignment (3 years +) in South East Asia, we are urgently searching for experienced NSN 2G resources.

Both technical and operational specialists on the following NSN 2G Systems and Network Elements are needed:

Core Network: NSS and HLR NEMU, BSS, GPRS and IDD.
VAS: WAP, SMSC, MMSC, NPS, AGW and VDO Streaming.
IN: C@0 and VOMS
OSS: Net Act, Traffica, NMS and NetM.

SUPPORT SPECIALISTS & TASKS:
Perform all aspects 2nd line support to 1st line operations. Participate in 1st line operations when needed. Complex incident and problem management operations. Customer complaint support. Catastrophe management. Detailed knowledge transfer to existing staff. Develop improved routines.
REQUIREMENTS:
TAC2 certificate (preferred). Minimum 5 years relevant operational experience. B.Sc within electronics/telecom (preferred). Thai, Laos, Malay, Indonesian, Philippine, Cambodian or Vietnamese nationality (preferred). Fluent in English. Fluent in Thai (preferred).

TECHNICAL SPECIALISTS & TASKS:
Perform all aspects platform maintenance and upgrades. SW management and upgrades. Charging and tariffing configuration (IN specialists). Proactive management assessments. Detailed knowledge transfer to existing staff. Develop improved routines.

REQUIREMENTS:
TAC2 certificate (preferred). Minimum 5 years relevant operational experience. B.Sc within electronics/telecom (preferred). Thai, Laos, Malay, Indonesian, Philippine, Cambodian or Vietnamese nationality (preferred). Fluent in English. Fluent in Thai (preferred).
