Recipe Spaghetti Meat Ball


Ingredients:
500 grams spaghetti
500 grams of meat ball
1 large yellow onion pumpkin - chopped fine
1 clove garlic - finely chopped
1 can tomato puree is
4-5 tomatoes - diced
1 stick carrot - diced small
2 stalks celery - diced small
1 can of button mushrooms - sliced
2-3 pieces of bay leaf
1 / 2 tsp Mixed Herbs
A little salt and sugar to taste
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
Grated Parmesan cheese

Method:
1. Boil 2 liters of water in a large pot, add 2 teaspoons of salt and some oil. When water boils add new spaghetti. Stir occasionally until pasta is soft, lift and drain.

Sauce:
1. Heat the olive oil, add butter and stir. Add onions and chopped garlic until fragrant.
2. Enter a meat ball and all ingredient tomato puree, celery, mushroom, carrot and fresh tomatoes. Use a can of tomato puree 2 cans to measure water, add to the sauce.
3. Enter the mixed herbs, salt and sugar to taste.
4. Let boil about 7 minutes, then turn to low heat smallest. Wait the pot partially covered until the sauce thickens.
5. For serving with grated Parmesan cheese.
