Project Description: The organization will delivered optimization activities for the technical direction of one of our customer. These optimization activities can concern radio, system and/or capacity issues. The required Utran Experts will have to :
Analyze through counters and/or Drive tests the current status of the network in the concerned domain
Propose Methodologies adapted to the previously detected issues, based on parameter changes, RF optimization, HW modifications
Implement these methodologies
Assess the results
Ensure network Key Performance Indicators are better than before the beginning of the optimization phase.
Job description: We are searching 5 UTRAN Expert in 3G and 2 UTRAN Expert in 2G. These senior Engineer positions on these projects will have regular meeting with the customer where they will be challenged on their results and methodologies.
Mandatory :strong experience in 3G system and RF optimization. Very good knowledge of ALU Utran Highly recommended :knowledge of Couei Tools (XCAP) and NPO OSS monitoring Prefered: knowledge of tektronix or Astellia probes French speaking is not fully mandatory but highly recommended.
