Senior/Engineer – Knowledge Engineering

Position : Senior/Engineer – Knowledge Engineering
(Technology Park Malaysia, Bukit Jalil – Kuala Lumpur)

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations :

* Responsible Architecting, design and implement knowledge-based system/software applications and platforms for technology transfer to local ICT industry
* Work closely with advanced research groups and knowledge engineers to integrate knowledge engineering technologies into proof of concepts
* Adhere to the process defined for undertaken project and provide required metrics data for these activities

Specific Knowledge/Skills :

* Phd/Masters in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electronics/ Information Technology
* At least 8 years experience in architecting, designing and developing software systems/applications
* Strong knowledge in these programming languages: C++, C#, Java, Visual Basic
* Knowledgeable in Service Oriented Architecture/Web Services
* Familiar with Microsoft technologies such as .NET Framework, ASP.Net, J2EE, Visual Studio, Windows Workflow Foundation, SQL Server
* Working knowledge in any of the following areas will have added advantage:
o Artificial Intelligence
o Databases
o Data mining
o Expert systems
o Decision Support System
o Semantic Technology

* Good communication and interpersonal skill.
