Duration: Perm Role (initially may be 12 months contract)
MUST HAVE:
• With basic knowledge in Telecom Network such as GSM, CDMA, W-CDMA NGN, wireline and wireless networks
• 10 years or above working experience in Telecom field, at least 5 years in management level for technical operation, e.g., experience in operation and maintenance (O&M), Managed Services (MS), project engineering services, and etc.
• Preferable with basic understanding on finance, human resource and legal operations.
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent, preferable to those major in engineering with administration background
• Those without Bachelor Degree but with proven experience and related job achievement can be considered
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and Chinese
