Job description:
We are looking for a Support Engineer that is target focused and customer oriented with skills/experience of:
• Nokia BSS (BSC2i, 3i)
• FlexiEdge
• UltraSite
• TalkFamily
• Metro site
Furthermore, the consultant should have experience of 2G IP implementation and related support system (OSS NetAct).
Daily tasks:
Troubleshooting of Customer's 2G BSS network, assist with upgrades and coordinate fault handling with Care Manager and Care Program Coordinator.
