Required competence
Engineering degree or equivalent in Computing, Programming or Telecommunication.
3-5 years of technical experience of EMA 4.0, 5.0 and EMM 5.0, 6.0. Knowledge of Ericsson CRS is an advantage.
Should have experience of CSR handling tool SMS, PRIMUS, EKB.
Should have experience of EMA integration with HLR,FNR,MINSAT etc.
Should have experience of EMA/EMM CSR handling.
Knowledge of EMA customer adaptation.
Should have experience of EMM business logic development (DUP) and trouble shouting.
Should have knowledge of Oracle DB including Oracle RAC.
Knowledge of UNIX (Solaris) at a level of system administrator.
Knowledge of various IP/Datacom products, practical programming skills (Java, C++, Perl).
Experience of Sun hardware troubleshooting.
Basic business consulting skills.
