Duration: 6 months to 12 months
Requirements:
At least 15 years large project/dept management experience
At least 5 years practical experience in Telecom Operation and Maintenance Process
MS delivery projects experience in Establishment, Transition and/or Transformation is a must
Experience in ISO9001/ITIL and eTOM model is an advantage
Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English. Must be able to speak average Mandarin.
Job description:
Provide support for major Managed Services delivery projects in Establishment, Transition and/or Transformation
Ensure the delivery strategy and directive alignment, and to build a strong and sustainable Managed Services operations
Coach the local Managed Services Director and teams to implement, align with Huawei Managed Services delivery model and industry best practice
Transfer knowledge to the local Delivery team
Provide support for major MS bidding projects
Participate in senior customers' meetings and presentation, Due Diligence exercise, contract negotiation and risks review
Consolidate Managed Services experiences in the different Managed Services projects, produce training materials and case studies to share with the whole Managed Servcies organization and conduct knowledge transfer sessions
Be a professional expertise in Transition / Transformation area.
