Vacancy: Chinese Speaking Huawei Managed Services Network Operation Management

Duration: 6 months to 12 months

Requirements:

Be energetic and studious; be able to travel frequently with short notice and work overseas

At least 10 years practical experience in Telecommunications industry. Familiar with O&M management of Telecom Operators or Managed Services operations of telecom vendors. Candidates familiar with wireless network O&M are preferred

At least 5 years large project/dept management experience with good track records

Be an Expertise in one or more of the following areas: NOC, Field maintenance, network performance management, eTom/ITIL, OSS/IT, IN/VAS, resource transfer management (people and asset)

Mature and positive attitudes; strong sense of quality; able to work well in a fast-paced, multi-culture dynamic environment

Possess good interpersonal communications and negotiation skills. Be able to work as a team member, have good coordination and organizing skills; and

Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English and at least one local language.
