Duration: 6 months to 12 months
Requirements:
At least 10 years management experience in NOC Operation and Maintenance area
5 years experience or above of Quality and Process Management in Telecom industry preferably with relevant professional qualifications such as eTom / ITIL / ISO 9001/ TL 9000
Hands-on experience to implement and maintain industry best practice (e.g. ISO 9001, TL 9000, ITIL or eTom) and Business Process Modeling Tool (e.g. ARIS)
Strong experience of conducting control and risk reviews
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Good knowledge of Microsoft Visio, Word and Excel
