D’une façon générale :
• Initier, coordonner, formaliser les activités d’études et d’audit du besoin en vue de la définition du cahier des charges fonctionnel et technique et rédiger tout document associé selon la périodicité à convenir et, tant que de besoin ;

3G RNC radio Access Integrator

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide Engineering support for RNC Integration Project with high level of the ex_nokia RNC and NodeB Skill set.
Key tasks of the job:
1. Remote Integration, System verification & acceptance and troubleshooting for 3G ex-Nokia RNC . Develop and maintain 3G RNC and NodeB project competence, process, and documents for network deployment.
2. Provide Project technical support for troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalations from project and overall responsible for the 3G RNC Integration and acceptance.
3. Participate in Issue investigation FOA, SW/ CD deployment, Software and new feature verification, MOP generation as well as test case creation- execution.
4. Provide support to customers for operations and maintenance of RAN Network elements including competence transfer to customers operations teams for local and remote operations and maintenance tasks.
5. Serve as local customer interface and coordinate communication for services and issues between customer market teams and NSN service lines.
6. Supports operations services such as traffic rehomes, network retunes, feature activations, network modification and Performance analysis.
7. Support Customer Lab for SW/ HW New Feature verification and validation.
8. Ensure quality customer satisfaction survey targets and carry end to end RAN support function
9. Work as Project Support Engineer for atomization of the process and improve in efficiency & execution of the taskRequired
Competencies and Skills:
• 4+ years experience in Project , technical support and Equipment implementation for 3G radio network controller elements ( RNC, NodeB ) in wireless communications networks, including understanding of Circuit Switch and Packet Switch Core network elements. Preference will be given to candidates that already have experience on NSN radio equipment.
• Has excellent IP, Unix experience and skills set.
• Understanding of network interface protocols, protocol analyzers and network specifications. Can independently use Network analyzer and other tools to troubleshoot technical problem
• Understanding of wireless network implementation and operations services.
