1. Once your H-1B Visa has been approved you will be allowed to work in the US. No sooner I am afraid
2. We will bring you into the US as soon as your Visa has been approved and we have a project for you.
3. You must be able to start a project within 2 weeks of your H1b visa being approved.
4. You MUST be willing to work anywhere in the US. Our customers are based all over the country and will have projects in numerous locations.
5. The hourly rate will be $34.00 USD per hour all inclusive. If you do not think you can work for $34 per hour then please do not apply. We will always try and pay you as
much as possible but our clients are reducing their rates at the moment. A rate increase of $2.50 will be given after the first 12 months of employment,
6. We will pay back the cost of the H1b to you over a period of 12 months from the start of your first project.
7. The hourly rates must cover all of your expenses when you are on a project. This includes accommodation, vehicle, gas, food, mobile phone, mobile phone bill, etc.
8. You will supply your own laptop and mobile phone. If your job requires you to use basic hand tools, then you will need to supply these as well.
9. We will cover your initial flight to the USA.
10. When moving from one project to the next you might be required to travel large distances. You MUST be prepared to do this as we may not have another option for
you.
11. You must be able to speak fluent English
12. Before proceeding with the application we will require you to sign a written contract for an initial period of 1 year.
13. You will require a car in the US. It should be noted that to rent a car you must have a credit card. Tangent cannot rent cars for engineers
14. Tangent does not provide medical insurance for its consultants however we can put you in contact with providers that do should you request it.
15.. The roles we have are INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING AND INTEGRATION of Ericsson UMTS RBS equipment. If you are not happy with this type of work we will
not proceed.
16. When we have all of the necessary documentation from you and are ready to proceed, you will transfer the cost of the H-1B Visa application ($3850) into our bank
account. Once you arrive in the USA and start a project, we will reimburse this cost over a period of 12 months as stated above.
17. Tangent will cover the cost of your intial flight to and from the US. Any trips home for vacation will be covered by yourself.
18. Greencards MAY be considered by you will need to of work for us for a minimum period of 3 years.
If you are interested we will require the following information before proceeding:
All Education Certificates from Higher Education courses
Certificates of all courses/training classes attended
Syllabus of course content for Degree or Equivalent
Copy of your passport. Please include all pages with Visa stamps as well as the main page
An updated resume.
